Andy has been in the field of insurance for 30 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a journalism degree and began his career as a sports writer and broadcaster with KATV in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1983 Andy began his career in insurance. He has owned his own agency and was a top performing agent for 13 years with Allstate Insurance Company. Andy has written insurance specializing in personal lines, life insurance and annuities, as well as accident and cancer lines of coverage.
Andy was the Public Address Announcer for Arkansas Razorback Football games for 13 years. He currently is a freelance photographer taking pictures from the sidelines at Razorback Football games. In addition to Razorback games, Andy also is currently the Public Address Announcer for Conway High School Wampus Cat Football Games.
Andy is a leader in his community where he has served on City Council for 18 years, served as the Chairman of the Board for the Conway Chamber of Commerce, he is an original member of the Advertising and Promotion Commission and has served on the Board of Trustees for First United Methodist Church.
Steve Jessen CPCU, ARM, CIC
Steve has over 30+ years experience in the insurance Industry. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas and immediately began his career in insurance. He has served in several capacities with insurance companies from Underwriter, Underwriting Supervisor, Underwriting Unit Manager and Territorial Manager before joining the agency ranks.
Steve has earned 3 professional designations, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He is a certified instructor of insurance and teaches courses for the insurance industry including the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas.
Steve is involved in the community as he is a member of New Life Church, Conway Noon Rotary Club and is currently serving or has served in the follow capacities: Conway Salvation Army Advisory Board, Central Baptist College Business Advisory Council, and Education Chairman for the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas. He has also served on their education committee for over 12 years.
